  It was easy to use the machine. I would always pass it up and have it made by a person within the store vs the machine. My experience was good. Although I thought $4 for the (MK) key was a tad high. I didn't ask a Lowe's store employee what they charged to cut a key on their key maker to compare pricing, but will on my next visit. Anyway, I passed on Minute Key's offer to buy 2 and get 1 free, and took the later offer after my key was made, to get 1 at a much lesser price.

  I was able to copy 4 or 5 home keys which was great and the process is easy. However when I got to a key that fit a master lock it could not be duplicated. Therefore I had to find the old-fashioned key maker to copy.

  I have used Minute Key on 3 separate occasions and each time the keys work perfectly I also enjoy the choice of designs and have quite a few Star Wars Keys. I use the Kiosk at my local Lowe’s
