  I went to my local Walmart and I purchased 3 sets of keys. Of the 3 sets that were cut, only one set worked well. However, I have used Munute key before and it has never failed me. So I consider this a fluke. I am giving 5 stars because of the customer service. I called Minute Key and they made it right by issuing a refund for the other 2 sets. One of the sets was padlock keys and it seemed like the machine did not cut all the way through and they may still be usable with a slight modification. Maybe the cutter needs to be sharpened or replace. The tip of the key left a piece of metal that didn't quite cut all the way. All in all, I would try minute key again.

  Good quality, only problem there is 2 machines at this location and there is the same keys intead 2 different manufactures of locks
