  I paid $6 and was expecting 2+1 free. What happened is, it ended up paying $8+ and got 4 copies which I did not want.

  Kudos to the one who thought to put a key cutting service into a self serve kiosk. Minute key recognizes your key, you get a small choice of designs, then it cuts your keys accordingly. Keys come with a guarantee but I haven’t had to use it. Keys have all been cut perfectly. Knowing that you would get a third key free if you purchase two duplicates while adding how many keys you want would be the only thing I didn’t like. Knowing ahead of time, I would have ordered that extra key. All in all - a great service , key costs from $3-$4 is a little high, but you pay for convenience.

  I purchased 4 keys and only 2 worked! I called & the matter was handled quickly! I would definitely use this service again!
