  I went over to Walmart first. BIG MISTAKE. Never, no one available to help. However, went over to Lowes and minute key......done in 10 minutes. 3 keys made and a free key at the end of all three transactions. I'd recommend going to them to get your keys made.

  I visited a major retailer and while they still have the old fashion key making service, I gave minute key a try. It was fast, easy the key was accurate. I was very pleased and it was a fun experience for my daughter who navigated the prompts and picked out the key.

  Poor quality keys. Very thick and lose the ability to unlock a door in about two years. The machine also steals your money if you don't have exact change. Does not allow you to go back and erase a key. When I spoke to Walmarts customer service they told me the company steals everybody's money and that she couldn't help me. I contacted Walmart corporate and want this machine removed from the store. Gives Walmart a really bad image.
