Never used a machine to cut my keys before but had no choice since lowes does not do it anymore automated machine does it now. I was glad I did though the keys works better then the one that came with my door knob when I bought it. Also that you can save the digital key so if you lose your keys and have nothing to get a copy off of, you can go to this machine pull up your digital copy and it will cut your key.

Very convenient way to copy a key. The kiosk is extremely easy to use. Just put your key in select your favorite style of key and in a minute you will have your key or keys. The price is very fair. So happy to have discovered this Machine in Lowes a couple of years ago.
