Just had 6 keys made at Lowes in Naples Florida. I returned home and none of them work. I called Lowes and they told me to call Minute Key. I called minute key and couldn't reach anyone because the corporate offices are closed on the weekend. 1 - If Lowes are directing customers to the Minute Key kiosk - they should take partial responsibility for the defective product. 2 - Minute Key should have customer service hours that are longer than the "corporate" hours. I will call again on Monday but don't have high hopes of getting through. Seems like a scam to me.

I was amazed at just how easy it was to duplicate a key for my home. I have had keys made before at other places and got home only to find they did not fit. This was easy, fast and the key works perfectly. Would use Minute Key again in a heartbeat. Great selection of styles too.

Key did not work and when went back to Lowes for refund was told they couldn’t refund that I would have to go through your company. Not worth the effort. Need to have refund done through store not through you.
