  Although I would prefer a human my keys were cut well and worked in my door. So i have no complaints and would use again. However keys are on the pricey side the cheapest keys is 4 bucks.

  Seemed easy, but SUCKS that the keys did NOT match mine in thickness and I cannot use them. I would’ve been better off having them done personally by the helper at Lowe’s - where I now have to drive back to in order to get it done correctly. At least if any Lowe’s or Home Depot product has not worked for me, I get my money back. I don’t see that happening from a robot kiosk machine.
