  I purchased 2 keys for $8 and 1 for free, 0 of them worked in the lock. Forget about a refund or help from anyone in the store, the machine does not belong to them so you have to call a ph# on the machine. Still had to have store cut keys.

  First time user. Worked great. Inserted original key and got 3 standard keys for $8. All worked smoothly with no interference. Will use again. Note: Like with any key duplication, an original lock key with minimal wear produces the best copy key.

  I had two different keys cut and neither key appeared to be cut correctly and neither key worked to lock or unlock the two different door locks I definitely DON’T recommend using Minute Key
