  The window that tells me, a customer, that I get a free brass key is mis-representative/false. I'm not referring to that which stated that, for an additional charge, but the one that serves to 'sweeten the outcome' at no additional cost. And, I do not believe I misread the screen. Anyway, I was informed that my $4 would be refunded. Well, where is it. I don't want credit for another key. I would like my $4 back, please.

  Takes about five minutes to get through the process but so does finding store associate and asking them to make your key. So in that regard it’s a good option. Lowes did not have the key blank that I needed but the kiosk did. Go figure?

  I was a tad leary about a machine that's controlled by me making a key, but it was a good experience. The instructions were easy to follow. The best part is that it worked in my door at home!
