  Got 7 keys and non of them worked. Waiting (3 days and counting) to hear back for a return/refund. I’ve used them in the past and it’s worked fine for my previous door but I got new doors installed and something just didn’t work out this time. Will be going to a real person to get keys copied so I don’t have to deal with this headache again.

  Pricier than when you could have them made by a person. And they came out with very sharp edges which were not cleaned off by the machine. However they did work when I brought them home.

  Super easy and it was super fast considering I waited over 15 minutes for anyone to help me even after I requested assistance. I would recommend this human free method of key replacement.
