Poor customer service. I called wondering if they can copy a specialty key of mine, and they said, "I can't tell you about one simple key. We have kiosks nationwide. If there is a problem with the key, look at the number on the machine and call to get a refund," then hung up on me. I'll take my business to a local shop instead.
