  I called and got a prompt response, far more than I expected. My key got stuck in the machine drop chute after being cut. I called and was directed back to the machine and started over again and was given a special code to cut the second key free! The first one never dropped out, but, I got my key. Man was so easy to understand and patient with me!

  Got a key made from the machine at our local HD. Key does not unlock, only locks. The key still had rough shavings when it came out of the machine as well. No help with customer service, and by the reviews below it seems that an auto generated response is triggered with lower reviews. Contacted the email and no response.

  The keys do not work very well have to jiggle the key to get it to work
