  the keys I have cut with the machine have never failed me, NEVER! But this time I came away with keys that look like a walking advertisement for minute key. I DO NOT LIKE THIS! The initial depiction just looks like a generic key which is what I want. Give them back.

  The keys all work fine. The only issue that I had was that the designs that I chose for some of the keys were not the ones I selected.

  This was my first time using it. Had to take time learning how to use it. Had to copy 4 different keys. Wished that I could make one after another but I had to make one key at a time then pay for it. For each key I had to make pay, remove credit card then start over for each key. Plus, instructions was not clear when the machine offered to make a second key for half the amount. So I ended up making a second I identical key when I was thinking that could make a new key.
