  Horrible service. They would not tell me the price prior to coming out, despite knowing the make, year, and model of the vehicle which was very suspect. Upon arriving, the tech determined in 30 seconds that the key would cost $230 to make, which is ridiculously high for what I’ve paid before. After declining the service the tech offered to do it for slightly less, which I declined. I paid him $30 for coming out and sent him on his way. The company called me and asked for an update and I told them their price was too high. They asked for the techs phone number (I guess the work I sourced out from a call center?) and they apparently called him and the tech lied and said he couldn’t make the key due to having the wrong equipment, which was a lie. I don’t recommend using this company, it is shady and will overcharge you. I went with another local company and was happy with the results. Avoid these people.

  I do not recommend ever relying on this business. They told me they would help me within 30 minutes and it ended up taking 4 hours. When they arrived they were very rude. They lied about the price of the key. The key was cut wrong, so i couldn't even unlock my car. Than they left me stranded and proceeded to lie about the time of arrival. I'm still waiting on assistance and i payed 240 dollars for my key with a military discount. Do not ever use these people. I have to brake into my car if i want to get into it. My tech was a guy named allen, and they supposedly wasn't his name so watch out.

  Called for service and was told they do not service Beaufort, SC and then they hung up.
