We had keys made. Instructions were so simple. The keys were made fairly quickly, about the same as when the Lowe’s employees do it but with no people interaction. I will use this machine always. Only negative was it only worked with the plain metal keys. The keys with a color coating did not work here. Improve that and this service will be perfect!

Keys were made quick and did not have to wait and find an employee. Kiosk was easy to use. Only reason why 4 stars, keys are not the most ridged and made in Mexico.
