  Super easy to get a key made, and it was a fun experience for my son. I thought $5 was kind of steep for one key, but there are several deals out there you can take advantage of. I was impressed by the lightweight (yet sturdy) key, it was a hit! Wish they had more options of color for the lightweight.

  I made 4 keys. Zero worked when I tried to use them. Customer service still has not responded to my request for refund.

  Based on my experience with having keys duplicated with a manual machine operated by humans, I was pleseantly surprised at the quality of the Minute Key process and produced product.
