  I made two copies of a house key and get an extra copy free at this fancy kiosk inside Lowe's Sugar Land. All 3 copies do not work. The keys were made too long at the front tip.

  Purchased 4 keys, in 2 separate transactions, at a machine located inside the Lowe's in Sugar Land, TX. None of them worked, they were all cut too long with a weird hook left on the end of the key. **Update Minute Key was extremely prompt in responding to my review and refunded my purchase price. I appreciate their great customer service.
