  I enjoyed not having to talk to anyone, personally. Plus, I made 9 keys and they all worked. Never have I experienced this with a person. I like that the machine would give a free key for every 2 bought. That's why I have 9. I bought two for each of the 3 keys I was having duplicated, plus received a freebie for each. Without having a person to talk to, the wait did seem longer, but I am certain that it wasn't. I did make 9 keys and I usually only do 2-3 at a time. I was happy with the designs I had to choose from, but I noticed that many options could've been available, but were sold out. My only advice would be to keep the machines stocked with as many design options as possible. I know many sports fans who would prefer their OSU or OU designs. Otherwise, I love the key kiosk!!!

  Made 3 brass padlock keys at Lowes. They fit my padlocks fine. Fun to watch the keys being made
