  I used this kiosk at my local Lowe's to duplicate needed keys for my office. I was hesitant but all keys work! I received 3 for the price of 2, and my receipt was emailed for expenses. I'm satisfied & will use again!!!

  One of the three made recently didn't work. Took it back toMenards twice. They said they cannot make it happen. so I Went to Lowes and had the one made. Is it possible to get a refund on the one key that was faulty?
