  I had six copies of three keys made a a Minute Key kiosk in Home Depot. None of the copies opened the locks for which they were cut. I thought that the machine in HD was defective. When I went into Lowe's, I used the Minute Key kiosk there to cut two copies of one key. Neither of those copies opened the lock for which they were cut. This is now not just a bad machine. Rather, it is a bad service in general.

  Brought my new keys home, and when I tried them to make sure they worked, the key actually got stuck and broke off in the doorknob. Now I have to find a locksmith to come fix my knob and then buy more keys that will actually work. Very frustrating!! I sent an email using the "contact us" link on the website, and it has been 24 hours now with no response.
