  They offer you a free brass key if you buy two keys. But when I purchased 4 keys. I did not get the option two get my free keys with my purchase. I don't understand why it wasn't offer with the 4 keys purchased. I feel it shouldn't matter how many you purchase. You should be offered the free brass key for every two keys you purchase. Thanks Loretta

  Had a key made at your kiosk in Lowes in Waycross. The key didn’t work and you failed to respond back to the email I sent you a week ago. Very dissatisfied at your lack of response.
