  This was the first time I have used a machine to create a copy of a key. I was super impressed. All of the unpleasant things you experience when getting a copy of a key made (finding the machine and the person to make the copy, having the right key blanks, cutting the key, etc) are all eliminated. Using this machine was as simple as getting a soda from a vending machine. Minute Key will ALWAYS be my go to for future key copies.

  This was my first time using the self-serve machine. Overall, it is easy to understand and is comparable in time to having an employee cut the keys. The cost is okay and is made better by specials, if you happen to need multiple copies. I did cut numerous keys and by the third key round of multiples, I would up the score to a 5 star based on ease of use.

  Used the digital key feature to store, and later cut, a key. The system is efficient, has several options for nice looking keys, and is more accurate than a hand-made copy.
