I tried calling to possibly inquire about services and types of services offered and the options given by the automation system are not clear or effective. Two of the options I chose had the end result of the automated system hanging up on me. It would be nice to speak to an actual person. Customer service is a personal experience and to outsource that or automate it shows the company's only interest is to cut cost and not service clients or customers. I will not be bringing my business or money to this establishment or any other affiliated establishments. Business is personal, do not automate it.
