  I also want to praise employee Chloe. I left my phone in a cart outside. She helped me look for it and even called my number to find that someone had it. She took the address and phone number and directed me to the location. I recovered my phone thanks to her friendliness and great customer service. Always smiling and upbeat, my kind of people!!! Thank you!

  I used this to get a new house key and it made a key that didn't even fit in my door. I knew before I even left the store. I asked for help and the employee said they had nothing to do with the key making machine. It was an outside company. For a refund I would need to contact them directly. I ended up just eating the cost of the key. Not much but super lousy service from the vendor and Lowes. I told them that I was in a "Lowes" so it should be their responsibility.
