I went to Walmart to use their MinuteKey copying machine. I arrived just as they were closing the doors for the night, but didnt think much of it since I wasnt really going there to shop at Walmart. I just really needed to get a key copied. Walmart has one of the Minute Key Kiosik machines in the entrance area. Online the Minute Key Kiosik said it was available at the this Walmart location 24 hours. APPARENTLY this is not true whatsoever. I went to open the door which was locked. An employee came up to it and said they were closed for the night. I let him know I was not there to shop at walmart but to use the Minute Key machine, which said online was available for use 24hrs. This employee told me that he is not allowed to have anyone enter the doors after 11pm. This is ridiculous. I only needed to make a copy of a key. Wal.art and Minute Key Kiosk needs to update their hours of availability for this Kiosk becuase it is not available 24 hrs a DAY.

Tried to have spare house keys made and we tried two separate times, but the key only actually cut out once. I tried to call the customer service line but there was no response and I haven’t heard back.

I duplicated one key (purchasing 3 of the same key) NOT one key fit the lock!! I am not happy at all about this— how do I get new keys that work OR my money back???
