There is a learning curve with the first encounter ut Lowe's store personnel were near and responsive to any difficulty in understanding the order/sequences involved.

Good deal, quick and convenient but store kiosk location not found in app The local Lowes wasn't listed or found even though it's right by the exit door So, didn't notice it till I was leaving the store

Fast service. Don't have to wait for a tech. $4 for a key is a little expensive in my book though. And the keys feel cheap.
