  3 of the 7 keys I purchased did not work. They just have been installed in the machine upside down, and the wrong edge of the key was cut. Can I get a refund or have these redone?

  Call them to have a door unlocked lady hung up on me said they don't service Houston when the business is located in series so I'm glad they didn't come because apparently that ain't the guy to have
