  Bought 3 keys, was buy 2 get 1 free. Made my door keys, then went to make my screen door keys, they ran out of keys, the ma Hine stated that I would not be charged even though I paid cash, don't get my email receipt, or an email from them for the refund. This is the 3rd time now where I have been cheated out of money, keys, or receipts. I've lost a total to these machines of $18 due to not having exact change... ok... understandable, but could at least send me a voucher for the remainder instead of keep it.... I'm not sure why it's happened this way, but I've been shorted keys twice, even though I paid cash for them. I don't use my card because it takes so long to process, that the money gets returned back to your account. I've contacted this company via phone and email. Neither way seems to ever get replies or answers. 1 star is where this will sit with me until they can start making things right.

  Minute Key is a machine and not a locksmith. Why is Google listing this in the locksmith section? I want to deal with a person and not a machine.
