  Spent $30 none of the keys worked and lowes tell me I have to call an 800 number to beg for my money back

  Great idea. The key copy worked, but not very well. Have to jiggle the new key to get it to work. The $5 paid at the kiosk would have been less had I used the 'old' method. All said and done, it works ok and I would use it again. Revision: Made another key at the kiosk. Works great. Give it a try. (If your keyring is heavy, try taking your master key off the ring.)
