  I had a key made for a business and it turned out not to fit at all, I couldn't even get it into the keyhole. That's the reason for my 3-star rating. But the reason it's not a 1-star rating is because their customer service was very responsive! I filled out the refund form at their website and heard back the next morning. And within a couple of days, the refund was in my account. I was impressed about that. Good service is so important.
