  I have used this Minute Key before. This time there were some metal burrs still on the keys I had to take care of (fairly easy). Maybe a slight adjustment is needed on the machine?

  This is the first time I used Minute Key. I was satisfied with the entire experience, with 1 exception. At final check out an extra special offer was given & if I had not been keeping track of my total cost in my head, I may have been surprised with the final cost of the product, because the machine program does not give you a itemized total, just offer of an email receipt, where I was made fully aware of the total charge against my card - after the purchase was completed.

  The key did not work when originally purchased; however after posting the initial review, the company reached out and provided a satisfactory solution and I was able to obtain a key for my needs. Thank you for your prompt attention. Highly satisfied!
