I wanted to duplicate 5 different keys. The machine didn't have a blank for one of them. Of the remaining 4 that it copied, only 2 worked. Minute Key issued a refund for the copies that didn't work, but I would have saved time by going to my old reliable hardware store, which had blanks for all the keys and had 100% success on the keys they duplicated. An employee of the big box store that had the Minute Key machine advises people not to use it because its track record is so poor.
