Good price for my key only because of the inscription on the key and the color. I like how it was made in blue with the word home on it. Due to having similar keys that looks alike now its easy to use.

quick and easy setup very helpful and easy to read display
a little pricey for a key.{ buy two get one free deal} made it more attractive to purchasing..

It takes considerably more than a minute to get a key and the screens were a bit busy and confusing - I got the code for one of the two keys I was copying but not the other.  Each key had to be handled as a separate process so you had to reinput your information and credit card twice.  If you are in a hurry, it's faster to take it to the counter and have someone cut it for you.

The good - the keys worked as advertised, for a decent price.

The bad - I had no intention of getting three keys. Something in the selection process was unclear, asked if I wanted one key for free, I said yes, then somehow it wound up making me three keys. I assume it meant that if I got a second key the third was free, but never knew that until after I paid (with no price displayed, and no confirmation of how many keys I was having made), so it’s hard to believe that the vague process was unintentional.
In short - yes the keys work, but I have a hard time believing I’ll ever use it again.

The keys I got were done fairly quick, and all worked very well.  The cost from the automated key cutting machine are more expensive than at a regular hardware store ($5 a piece), but I needed it done.

I purchased 2 keys and neither of them work being that I got them from the machine how do I return them

The keys were well made and worked correctly. The service kiosk was fast and the questions were appropriate for the task. I liked the entire procedure. I'll use them again.
