Worst company ever do not use these people They told my mom they would be there in 25 minutes she waited for over an hour in 90° weather she's a senior citizen and when she called them to find out where they were they gave her some non-direct answer saying we're taking care of you Don't worry we're taking care of you I had a call five times I got no response then the most unprofessional thing he text me a price instead of giving me the common decency to call me back. Then gets on the phone threatening to take me to court and gets verbally nasty with me. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Easy to use. Doesn't take long. Some keys can not be scanned especially if they are already a copy of the original, but if you try a second time it might be able to scan it. Worked for me.
