  Kiosk pointed out if I purchased 2 keys I would get a third free. I even verified it with Lowe’s associate. It did Not happen, I again talked to Lowe’s associate, pointing out I did not get my free key, he told me he couldn’t help. Update: I have contacted company to see if they are willing to resolve.

  Great machine, very useful, worked perfectly. I had to have a copy that would work for 3 separate door handles and the copy you made me worked successfully for all 3 of them.

  Minute Key is the only place to make keys that I have never had to return a key because it didn't work. I love it!! It's convenient - no waiting, I pick the keys I like and they always WORK...always. Thank you...Arlene
