  We needed the keys for an emergent situation in the family and then the copies I made did not work in the door knob lock. I could not get my money. back but only a gift card to Lowes. The concept is a wonderful idea and the key I used as the original was made using the MinuteKey machine in Lowe's. I liked the options of keys and wanted the same keys so they would all match.

  Way too expensive for a simple building key copy and marketing is tricky to get through without subscribing to an email you do not want or adding items you do not want. Be careful.
