  I've only used the kiosk once. The keys I copied didn't work. The refunded me a few days later after some emails back and forth.

  Directions are confusing. Especially when it offers you a free key. Said yes to the free key and I went from making one key to three keys. Tried to cancel before they keys were made. Was in the process of paying. No refund.
