  I bought 2 keys and neither worked to open our locks. I contacted Minute key with the issue and they promptly refunded my money. I have used them in the past and will use them again. Thank you Minute Key for your excellent customer service! I'm only rating 4.5 just because the keys didn't work this time.

  None of these locations make car keys, yet they don’t bother to make this clear. Which means they don’t care about the fact that they’re wasting people’s time. As for the phony empathy statement the company posts after each negative review, it’s as meaningless as everything else about this business. Steer clear of this scam.
