  The brass keys are very soft metal and will bend or break easily, otherwise the keys fit my door locks at home perfectly. It's a decent kiosk and easy to use, but a little pricey for the cheap brass keys however, you get 3 for $8.

  Good variety of key choices. I had three keys made. Navigation process a bit clunky but it was fine. It just was a bit longer than a minute. I do like the convenience.

  My experience was good but one of the keys I got doesn’t fit the lock. The key with is wrong and I’m surprised the machine didn’t realize that. So I bought two keys for $4.50 and they are useless but the third key I got works great
