Not only did the Minute Key kiosk at my Lowe's store work well (I made many copies and they all fit the lock), but when the kiosk also made a "digital copy" and sent it to my email, I was really impressed! With an M.B.A., I am always evaluating how things work or don't work. Minute Key has thought through how to make the user exerience to be easy and, for me, at least, flawless.
