  Not sure what to say other than disappointing. We left our house running to our neighbors basement in a panic because a tornado touched down. Not their fault there was a tornado, I get that. What I don’t understand is I explained our circumstance and was told I was in the service area and would receive a call back soon. After 20 minutes I called them back and was told service would not be available until tomorrow. A good follow through at most would have been nice.

  Called for unload service was told they would call me right back never happened.... very poor run business will never call them again and would suggest no one does .... very very disappointed
