  Really easy and inexpensive, that literally anyone can do it. I did not use the Minute Key Locksmith rather the station at my local Walmart to make a duplicate key.

  March 10th locked out of home contacted at 11:01 am Minute key said they were local and dispatch locksmith. When I was waiting I would call and they would ask are you still locked out and I said yes over and over. I didn't understand why a local locksmith would show up 4 hours later if they are in same town and state. I am disabled woman with seizure disorder and waiting outside is not acceptable. I am highly disappointed by the lack of service at a faster pace. I mean it is ridiculous to wait 4 hours for locksmith to come arrived at 2:22 pm. I have filled a complaint and spoke to 2 ladies both agreed it should have not been 4 hours to wait that's the truth and no one has called me back. I told them both as well that I don't think $141.00 is too high for charge when I was locked out house waiting for 4 hours. I would give this business less than one star if I could. I don't like to be a person to complain but no answer for 5 days when you state 24 hours looking into situation. I am highly disappointed this is my 1st time ever getting locked out of my home. I will not ever use your company again and will not ever recommend you to anyone in this lifetime. I will contact better business bureau if I do not hear back from you.
