  i needed to make an extra house key for my kids, i saw the advertisement on the minute key machine that said "buy two keys and get one free". which would of worked out perfect being that i needed three keys anyways. i picked out the keys and after the second key was made the machine told me "thank you for your purchase, hope you enjoy your new keys". when i was picking out the keys there was the two i picked and the free one but the machine never made the free key. i still want my free key i was supposed to receive with the other two keys.

  I have used minute key with no problems for a few years any time I needed keys. This time I used cash without realizing they couldn't take coins. My fault as it did say on the machine and I failed to realize. I had already inserted the cash. It didn't give me back the cash. So i proceeded to make the keys and pay with my card. Later that day neither key worked. I had made 2. The machine said it would send a receipt. I got a receipt but it didn't say anything about a refund. So total I spent $12 for no keys. I left 3 star review instead of 1 bc every other time I have used minute key with no issues and loved how quick, easy and reliable it was otherwise. I also responded to the email they left below twice and received no help or refund. I'd recommend not putting cash in their machines. I also will only make keys in stores with a person cutting keys. I won't be using their machines.
