  I had 3 keys to make copies of. Out of the 3 only 1 was possible to copy. I had limited hopes about a Schlage Primus key, which did say "do not copy" and is a complex/high-security design, so that's understandable. But the other key that won't copy was a simple (albeit smaller profile) mailbox key. The price is really good, especially if you need to make multiple copies ($3/copy for simple design, $4/copy for fancier ones with a color image, but you get 1 copy free after 2 paid copies + have the option to get a 4th copy for another $1 - don't quote me on this though as it could have been just some temporary promotion that won't be there next time). In any case, that is good value, so long your key is one of the designs it will copy.

  Performed as advertised. Not outstanding, not even 'excellent". But good. Very good. The others are average. The way to excellent is, well, keep doing what you're doing. For there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Adopt that mindset. Be quiet professionals (like SEALs, Delta, ...you get the picture. You will out-do yourselves, you will continue to improve...doing the impossible will eventually happen...😉
