  It was confusing. We had never used this machine before. I didn't realize I had to get a receipt 'emailed' to me so I opted out thinking I could get a pPer receipt for my business taxes. I ended up with no receipt at all. I believe it was more expensive ($4 per key) then when we use to have the associate at Lowes make the keys for us. All 3 keys work, I'm happy with that!

  My key works. Quick, easy to make a spare key. If I had needed help, there was no staff I could pull to help.

  Made 3 copies of a key in less than 10 minutes. All 3 worked perfectly the first time. Ability to store keys digitally for future copies is a big plus.
