  We accidentally locked ourselves out the house, no phone, no shoes, no wallet, 90 degrees! Placed calls through my Apple Watch. The people that answered the phone were very professional and friendly and gave us an ETA. Unfortunately, the locksmith called and asked for a credit card, I informed him that my wallet was inside and he refused to provide the service. I informed the dispatcher what happened, and said they would call back, never received a call. Definitely would not recommend in an emergency.

  They don't cut keys anymore. It's just a machine that uses their keys from inventory. You cannot bring them a key blank of your own. Useless.
