  The keys that were made by this machine did not work correctly. they have a "catch" to them and do not work as smooth as the original keys. I will not use this service again.

  Machine works well but so do all the automated kiosks. I particularly like the ‘Key Hero’ information storage in the cloud. I have not yet used the cloud to duplicate a key, but assuming it works, it is very comforting idea.

  The finish product was useless and when I tried to get the refund, I was told to call the number on the machine. I call and there was no answer. I will not use this service again.
