  I had not used minute key previously. I made a mistake so I called their support Number. The representative answered and walked me thru correcting what I had done incorrectly. The key duplicates work fine.

  It's a self-service vending machine that you walk up to. Only good for house keys. The Home Depot behind the Wal-Mart, where the Minute Key machine is at, has a human being making copy of keys, for autos🚗, padlocks, they even sell "keys" if you need to shut or open water to your dwelling. Yippee!

  Worthless. I just bought a house for which I have 1 key that works all the locks. Needed duplicates for wife and emergency contact. Went to Walmart kiosk. Was impressed at the concept. Spent $12 for 4 keys. Got home and the duplicates would open NONE of my locks. Would not budge any one of them. I threw the keys away immediately.
