The machine charged me $3 for a utility / lock key, a normal house key was only a dollar and change. my key was double-sided but the machine apparently only engraves one side so it was useless to me....they still charged me and there was no option to change the transaction at that point without calling their 800 number which I will never do because I don't want to be on the phone for 30 minutes about hassling over $3 so the company just received the donation for me, it will be the last..
