  Locked out of my house without cell phone. Only had my Apple Watch. Called at 9:16pm and set up a call. They said they would notify the tech. They called back and said tech's calls to me were going to VM. I called the tech - no answer. They conferenced me in to the tech - went to VM. I asked why they couldn't just come out and help me. I called until my watch finally died. I broke into my house. I called them at 10:06pm and cancelled the call. I hope your experience with them is better. They were not any help.

  I went to this walmart today and while there I needed to pick up a screen protector for my Samsung J3 phone. There was one box that was visibly opened so I grabbed the next one which still had the tape on top. When I made it home and went to my screen protector on, there wasn't any screen protector in there and then I noticed that the tape sealing the bottom had been broken. Check your packages before hand to make sure ALL tape is still on there correctly.

  Went to Wal-Mart to have a mailbox key copied. The key did not work and there is no way to get a refund according to the Wal-Mart associate because it is not a Wal-Mart product. Thankfully I used my card and will be disputing the charges through my financial institution.
